Factory Tea Bar is an excellent place to hang out, drink, eat, and have fun. There are games you can play with your friends and the food and drinks are bomb too! Wouldn't say its the quietest place for studying, but its fun nonetheless.

I was in town and looking for a great boba tea spot. My brother who lives here recommended Factory Tea Bar. As soon as you walk in , there is a very chill vibe. Low lights, industrial look, leather lounge couches. I got a the milk tea with whipped cream , my older daughter got the honey dew melon milk tea and my little kids got the strawberry slush . We loved just hanging around on the couches - the place feels spacious and not crowded yet cozy. Loved it!

We had honey due slush FTP hot tea Sour cream onion fries It was really busy so took us a while to get seating inside - eventually we got it - our tea order was incorrect initially - they made it cold - but later they did it perfect and remade our order The FTP tea and honey die slush were fantastic and delicious The service was really good. Fries were fantastic We will definitely be back and loved the atmosphere Parking was easy as well.

Go to another place, this area has better spots. I've been going here for years and was very disappointed today. The food is great (if you ever get it) but the customer service is lacking. I ordered a tea and some popcorn chicken. My drink took 40 minutes to be made because they lost my ticket. Then after an hour of waiting I asked about the status of the chicken and was told it would take another 20 minutes because "the kitchen was backed up." I was expected to wait over 1 hour and 20 minutes for popcorn chicken?! At that point, I just asked for a refund. Won't be coming back here.

Cute place to hang out. Plenty of tables and seating space. I liked my jasmine green tea. French fries were perfect thickness and crispness. Large menu with many different options.
